About Echo Ministries

Founded in 2003, Echo Ministries is a non-profit organization specializing in partnering with colleges and churches to produce quality Christian concerts and events.

Having worked with a variety of artists (many listed on our ARTISTS tab), Echo Ministries can help find the right artist for your event and budget. Possible events we could help with are:

  1. Colleges
    1. Welcome back concert for a college at the beginning of a new semester
    2. Fundraiser for your student ministry
    3. Outreach event to invite non-believers into a relaxed environment
    4. Guest worship leader or band for your ministry's weekly meeting
    5. Ticketed concert that is advertised and open to the public
  2. Churches
    1. Guest worship leader for Sunday service / youth service
    2. Ticketed concert that is advertised and open to the public
    3. Guest worship leader / band for retreat, camp, or other event
    4. Artist for an anniversary celebration / grand opening / new series kick-off

Echo Ministries handles everything from artist negotiations and the contractual side of a concert, to the ticket sales & promotion, to the day-of-show logistics. We will sit down with you and prayerfully determine an artist that is appropriate for your event and walk you through the process of planning a God Glorifying concert.

PRODUCTION COORDINATION

  • Echo Ministries has extensive experience in negotiating and contracting production contracts (SOUND, LIGHT, VIDEO, STAGING, CATERING, SECURITY, ETC).  We will help determine the needs for your venue and will make this often overwhelming task an easy one to navigate.

MARKETING SERVICES

  • Help facilitate relationships with radio, newspaper (and other print), tv, etc.
  • Press Releases to media contacts in the surrounding areas
  • Design & printing of promotional materials (brochures, posters, flyers, web graphics, etc)
  • Website design and internet / email marketing
